1. Before Ordering

Please make sure your instructions, files, and project details are correct before placing an order. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask us before making payment.

2. Refund Requests

If we cannot complete your project as agreed, you can contact us about a refund.

If there is a problem with the edited images, we will usually try to fix the issue first through revisions.

3. When a Refund May Not Apply

A refund may not be available when:

• The work matches your approved instructions.
• You change your requirements after the work is completed.
• Incorrect files or instructions were provided.
• You approve the final images and later change your mind.
